Drug and Alcohol Testing
Include all DOT, Non-DOT, oral-fluid, hair-follicle, instant, express, random, post-accident, reasonable-suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing services.

Respiratory Protection
Include qualitative and quantitative fit testing, N95 testing, half-face and full-face respirator testing, and employer program support.

Pulmonary Function Testing
Include spirometry, pulmonary function screening, respiratory surveillance, and OSHA respiratory support.

Hearing Conservation
Include baseline audiograms, annual testing, employee monitoring, and OSHA hearing-conservation support.

Vision Screening

Most occupational screenings, testing services, specimen collections, and workforce compliance services are performed directly by United Life Safety Institute. Services requiring diagnostic imaging, physician-level examinations, specialized interpretation, or select vaccine inventory may be completed in coordination with approved clinical, laboratory, and diagnostic partners.
